Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for helping me today with my spoke and loose rear axel. I Didnt have the proper tools and they helped get me back on my bike. Will return in the future.

Terrible customer service. Went at 2:30pm on Thursday. Sign in the window saying closed until 3:30. I come back at 4:00 and am told in peremptory fashion to wait while the clerk makes a phone call. Off the phone, the clerk then tells me to go ahead but then refuses to make eye contact, listen, or make any effort to come with me to answer my questions about a bike on the floor, instead organizing receipts. When I break off politely saying "I can wait," he says "if I don't do this I won't get anything done." Apparently he doesn't understand his job. So I went home ordered my bike online and saved the money I would have spent supporting the storefront and his salary. I wanted to support a local store. Now I don't see the point. I hope it gets replaced by a restaurant.

I had such an amazing experience with Jax Bicycle Center due to the exemplary customer service I received from the manager Octavio (OC). He was extremely professional as well as the staff. My partner brought in her cruiser bike and it was beat up pretty badly, and they transformed her bike into nearly a new bicycle. Initially, the bike was restored with many new parts and looked for the most part new. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the rust on the front tire. I took it back to Jax Bicycle Center and explained the issue to the manager Octavio and he replaced the front wheel free of charge due to my dissatisfaction. Due to his above and beyond customer service I will always refer people to his bike shop. Thank you so much again for making my partner happy with repairing her bike! You have no idea how happy we both are that we can finally ride bikes together!

The bike I purchased is a 2022 Trek Emonda SL 5 which i was in luck that the previous hold on the bike was released and I got to purchase the 52 which is my size. Been looking for this bike for a while and Jax had it in their store. Kudos to Del Angela for the sale and her time to answer all the questions I had and recommendations on accessories. She went above and beyond to make my purchase pleasurable. Octavio took the time to chat and congratulate me on the purchase. Gave me recommendations to get fitted and invited me over for their weekly Friday night rides. Great and friendly staff.

I came in with a flat tire and an issue with my shifter. The Jax representative took a moment to inspect the shifter and determined the shifter was fine but they replaced the inner tube. Then, a few weeks later after only one ride, I came back in with the tire flat again. The Jax representative pumped some air into the tire and determined in an instant the tire was holding the air. I asked if the bike could be inspected since I'm going on a long trip and wanted the bike in optimal condition upon concluding my trip. After an hour, the Jax representative still thought the tire was fine and informed me the inspection would be conducted the next morning. After the inspection, the Jax representative found that the shifter I had been having issues with was faulty and the tire was losing air. I got the new tube replaced again at full cost but couldn't get the shifter replaced since I don't have the time to order a new part now before my trip. I would not go to Jax Bicycle Center unless you have no other options.
